Can FIR3 deliver the wrong item?+
FIR3 matches the purchased name, mutation and exact M/s before trading. A missing or ambiguous match is stopped for review instead of being replaced with a different item.
What if a buyer sends the wrong Roblox username?+
The delivery conversation can accept a corrected username before the trade. Once delivery is completed, the order is locked so later chat messages cannot trigger a second delivery.
How is delivery proof handled?+
FIR3 records the final trade flow, uploads playable video evidence to the order chat and only then completes the order.
Do I need a Chrome extension?+
No. FIR3 is a standalone Windows application. You sign in once through its dedicated Eldorado session, which can be reused in the background on later launches.
What happens if Roblox or Eldorado is temporarily unavailable?+
FIR3 keeps each delivery account isolated, retries failed Roblox launches and pauses unsafe marketplace actions until the required connection is available again.
How does the license work?+
One key activates one Windows device. If you replace or reinstall your PC, an authorized device reset can be requested through official FIR3 support.
How do I receive Scanner and AutoSell?+
Use the same license in the Discord #license-activate channel. Verification grants the Customer role and unlocks the official setup, update and support channels.
How will I receive my purchase?+
